Graphics, Abstract

The range and performance gain can be further enhanced with this new method without having to increase the power, since the signals can be separated from interfering signals even below the noise limit. Signal detection within surrounding interference influence can thus be improved in future mobile communication applications, such that the limited frequencies can be used more economically and also the intensity of electromagnetic interference will not be further increased.

In summary, the innovation would lead to:

  • High-speed mobile, i.e. enhanced bandwidth efficiency, processing gain
  • Latency periods and interruption reduced to nearly zero
  • Lower power, enhanced privacy
  • Longer ranges and higher data rates
  • More subscribers per antenna through maximum code set
  • Excellent reliability of transmission/substantially reduced bit error rate
  • Anti-jamming capability and stability against interfering signals
  • Multiple-access-interference-free CDMA, perfect separation
  • Multipath-interference-free CDMA
  • Inherent frequency diversity aspect and OVSF capability
  • Overlay with existing radio systems is possible
  • Ease of implementation
  • Early Return of Investment.

This is now feasible with an innovative, brand-new method for spread spectrum communication - a patent family, granted in Germany DE 102009014480 B4,  DE 102011075650 B4,  Europe www.google.com/patents/EP2412104B1, http://www.google.com/patents/EP2689535B1 and USA www.google.com/patents/US8423598, http://www.google.com/patents/US873719 and Publication No. US-2014-0369176-A1 amended by continuation in part (US 14/577,889).

A detailed functional proof including asynchronous mode is established with Prof. W. Skupin, University of Constance.

The current patent holder is, by means of this website, looking for the opportunity to engage in industry discussions in order to show evidence for the superiority of this new technology and to finally offering it to the market or assist in a start-up. The license conditions for using the new technology are currently up for an open discussion throughout the industry, shall be evaluated without prejudice during the course of such discussion towards a fair contract.
