The evolutionary path to high speed mobile transmission is characterized by stepping beyond current technologies. Given the usage pattern of typical  iPhone or Android smartphone users today, it can already be foreseen that the bandwidth and speed challenges of the past will be the challenges of the future too, once a smartphone is the standard device in every pocket. By then at the latest, the majority of services used in the network will move away from (low bandwidth) voice and messaging to (high bandwidth) real-time video thus making the old Nokia slogan "from ears to eyes" finally a reality.

In order to overcome the challenges with more and more real-time video transmissions in the future, all measures must be taken, to improve bandwidth efficiency and throughput of the networks. Beyond introducing new physical transmission technologies, the efficiency of the radio transmission needs to be improved by eliminating transmission errors, interruptions, waiting times as well as by enhancing the transmission range substantially.

A perfectly reliable signal reception, enhancing performance and capacity beyond current capabilities, as a future technology is enabled with the new method specified by Reinhart Rudershausen by means of a brandnew type of Spread Spectrum transmission in combination with a simple converting encoder/decoder. So far, the Spread Spectrum method uses conventional codes and has been realized in the CDMA2000 or WCDMA standard, also with most of the severe, aforementioned disadvantages. This is the reason that generally the CDMA technology has been abandoned in favor of OFDM (frequency) multiplexing in the LTE standard. The main achievement of this invention in contrary to LTE is the reduction in transmission errors with an optimum filter technique while at the same time the circuit design will be greatly simplified. The simple circuit arrangement will also further reduce the latency times and delays. The optimum Quality of Service or transmission reliability can be achieved with an innovation leap for spread spectrum communication - a world-wide patent and already granted in Germany  Europe and USA and amended by continuation in part (US 14/577,889).  There would be a substantial gain in quality as a result of applying the new multiple coding method combined with the new simple circuit arrangement without the necessity for precision power control or overhead information.

The properties of the novel type of communication system will substantially improve mobile broadband downloading of advanced apps from the rapidly growing third-party apps market and allow more advertising video-clips via wi-fi connection. Furthermore, the new method leads to maximum improvement in other applications e.g. next-generation networks, Internet of Things (IoT), satellite communication, GPS/NAVSAT, M2M radio communication, phased array for MIMO-Technique, watermarking/data hiding, code scrambling, backbone network communication, phone wire communication, powerline communication (PLC).

The amount of subscribers in one cell using the same frequency will not be diminished through intra cell cross-talk reduction because of perfect separation. The simple circuitry will translate into lower prices for consumers and operators.
